Description
Rejuran Skin Booster is a two-component system combining a c-PDRN (coiled polydeoxyribonucleotide) liquid base with a lyophilized amino acid blend, designed for intradermal injection to activate skin self-repair mechanisms and restore the dermal matrix. The c-PDRN component binds A2A adenosine receptors to suppress inflammation, stimulate fibroblast proliferation, and increase collagen and elastin biosynthesis, while the four amino acids supply essential substrates for collagen precursor synthesis. It is indicated for sensitive skin, photoaging, post-acne scarring, and compromised skin barrier requiring matrix-level regeneration.

Packaging
Two-vial system: Vial 1 contains 4 mL x 3 vials and Vial 2 contains 0.1 g x 3 vials of lyophilized component.
Protocol
Mix the lyophilized Vial 2 powder with the Vial 1 c-PDRN solution immediately before use; allow complete dissolution. Inject intradermally at 1–2 mm depth with a 30G or 32G needle by nappage or mesotherapy technique, 0.02–0.05 mL per injection point. Treat the full face with 2–4 mL per session; schedule 4 sessions at 2-week intervals and reassess.
