Description
MISFILL+ PDRN is a polydeoxyribonucleotide mesotherapy injectable combining PDRN with complementary skin-repair actives in a 2.2 mL syringe format. PDRN acts through A2A adenosine receptor activation to suppress inflammatory mediators, stimulate collagen and fibronectin synthesis, and accelerate epidermal turnover, making it effective for photoaged, acne-scarred, and post-treatment skin rehabilitation. It is indicated for overall facial rejuvenation and improvement of skin texture and tone.

Protocol
Use directly from the syringe without reconstitution with a 30G or 31G needle. Inject intradermally at 1–2 mm depth via nappage grid technique, 0.02–0.03 mL per point, across the full face. A protocol of 3–5 sessions at 1–2 week intervals is typical, followed by monthly maintenance.
