Protocol
Reconstitute the 20 mg lyophilized ASCE powder in the 5 mL diluent and administer promptly after full dissolution. Inject intradermally at 1–2 mm depth with a 30G or 32G needle via nappage or mesotherapy gun, 0.01–0.02 mL per injection point. Session volume is typically 3–5 mL; perform 2–4 sessions at 3–4 week intervals; can be applied topically post-microneedling.
