Description
DERMAHEAL SR is a Caregen-developed anti-aging mesotherapy solution containing 57 active ingredients, including 5 biomimetic peptides (Acetyl Decapeptide-3, Decapeptide-4, Oligopeptide-24, Tripeptide-6, Copper Tripeptide-1), 4 nucleic acids (Adenosine Cyclic Phosphate, Cytosine, Guanosine, Thymine), 13 vitamins, 24 amino acids, and coenzymes. The nucleic acids mobilize protein synthesis for new skin cell formation, while the peptide complex reduces fine lines, improves elasticity, and promotes optimal skin hydration. Indicated for intrinsic and extrinsic skin aging, rhytids, and loss of firmness.

Protocol
Administer via mesotherapy technique using a 30–32G needle into the superficial-to-mid dermis at 1–2 mm depth, delivering 0.02–0.05 mL per papule. One 5 mL vial per session; recommended frequency is weekly for 4–6 sessions, transitioning to monthly maintenance. Needle length and interval may be adjusted based on microneedling depth: shorter intervals (every 1–2 days) for 0.25 mm devices, fortnightly for 1.0 mm devices.
