Description
GTM EXOMELA is a professional exosome-based skin booster system combining 180 mg freeze-dried EXO Signal 1000 Powder (conditioned media derived exosomes) with 5 mL Mela Vital Solution containing PDRN, tranexamic acid, glutathione, peptides, amino acids, and hyaluronic acid, specifically formulated to target hyperpigmentation, dullness, and loss of firmness. Tranexamic acid inhibits melanin synthesis via the plasmin-arachidonic acid pathway, glutathione suppresses tyrosinase activity, while PDRN and growth factor-rich exosomes stimulate fibroblast proliferation and collagen remodelling. Protocol
For in-clinic use by qualified practitioners. Reconstitute the EXO Signal 1000 Powder with the Mela Vital Solution immediately before treatment. Administer intradermally via mesotherapy using a 30–32G needle (serial puncture or nappage technique) or apply topically following MTS microneedling at 0.5–1.0 mm depth across the treatment area. Recommended course: 3 to 4 weekly sessions, followed by monthly maintenance. Apply broad-spectrum SPF50+ post-treatment.
