Description
GTM MELACELL+ is an advanced brightening injectable skin booster containing 3% tranexamic acid and a peptide complex as key actives, further enriched with niacinamide, PDRN, glutathione, amino acids, and hyaluronic acid in a sterile 3.5 mL vial. Tranexamic acid at 3% blocks the plasmin-arachidonic acid melanin activation pathway, niacinamide inhibits melanosome transfer to keratinocytes, and glutathione acts as a tyrosinase inhibitor, delivering a triple-mechanism approach to melasma, hyperpigmentation, and uneven tone. PDRN provides simultaneous tissue regeneration and collagen stimulation. Supplied as 10 vials x 3.5 mL per box.

Packaging

Protocol
For in-clinic use by qualified practitioners via MTS microneedling or mesotherapy. Administer intradermally using a 30–32G needle with serial puncture or nappage technique, or apply topically immediately following microneedling at 0.5–1.0 mm depth. Dose 0.02–0.05 mL per injection point. Recommended course: 4 to 6 sessions at 1 to 2-week intervals for melasma and hyperpigmentation protocols; monthly maintenance thereafter. Apply SPF50+ sunscreen post-treatment.
