I COOL-PLUS 2ND is a six-in-one integrated skin care device combining skin scrubber ultrasonic spatula, iontophoresis, electroporation, 1 MHz ultrasonic wave, and bipolar cooling/heating in a single handset. Iontophoresis drives charged active molecules across the epidermis via a low-amperage galvanic current, while electroporation complements delivery of larger or neutral molecules by transiently disrupting lipid bilayers. The cooling mode (down to 5 °C) calms post-procedure erythema, while heating (up to 45 °C) softens sebum plugs and primes skin for deeper serum penetration.

Protocol
Begin with the skin scrubber function using ultrasonic vibration and a saline or enzyme cleanser to dislodge surface debris in 2–3 slow passes. Apply the target serum and switch to iontophoresis for cationic actives or electroporation for larger molecules; treat each zone for 3–5 minutes. Follow with the 1 MHz ultrasound pass for 5–8 minutes using coupling gel. Conclude with a cooling pass at 5 °C for 2–3 minutes to reduce erythema and close channels. Recommend 4–8 sessions at 1–2 week intervals.
