Description
MisAdi Lipo is a lipolytic mesotherapy solution formulated with phosphatidylcholine (PPC) and sodium deoxycholate (SDC) for non-surgical fat reduction on both facial and body areas. PPC disrupts adipocyte phospholipid bilayers, promoting lipolysis and emulsification of triglycerides, while SDC acts as a surfactant bile salt that solubilises the released lipid droplets for lymphatic clearance. The 8 mL vial format supports dosing flexibility for small facial zones (double chin, jowls, buccal fat) as well as larger body compartments.

Protocol
Using a 27–30G needle, inject 0.2 mL per depot subcutaneously into the fat compartment at 6–13 mm depth, spacing injections 1 cm apart across the planned treatment grid. For the submental or jowl zone, administer 1–3 mL per session depending on the volume of fat present. For body areas (arms, abdomen, flanks), administer up to 6–8 mL per zone per session. Perform 3–6 sessions at 4-week intervals; expect peak effect at 4–6 weeks post-final session.
