Description
Dermalax Implant Plus is a high-viscosity, cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler at 24 mg/mL with 0.3% lidocaine, presented in a dual-syringe pack (2 x 1.1 mL = 2.2 mL total) for extensive volumetric augmentation. Its elevated gel hardness supports deep structural implant-level placement for cheek augmentation, chin projection, and jawline contouring, with the dual-syringe format enabling comprehensive bilateral facial volumization in a single session.
Indication
Suitable for deep volume restoration and facial contouring. Recommended for procedures requiring pronounced volumetric support with added injection comfort.
Packaging
Supplied as 2 pre-filled syringes of 1.1 mL containing HA at 24 mg/mL with 0.3% lidocaine.
Protocol
Administer via bolus technique supraperiosteally or in the deep subcutaneous plane using a 23–25G needle or blunt cannula; aspirate before each depot. Deliver 0.3–0.5 mL per bolus; total available volume of 2.2 mL supports bilateral malar or combined chin and jawline treatment in one session. Mold post-injection. Longevity 12–18 months.
