Description
Botulax 300U is the highest unit-count vial in the Botulax range, manufactured by Hugel Inc. from purified botulinum toxin type A (strain CBFC26), and intended for practitioners performing high-volume combined aesthetic and therapeutic treatment sessions within a single appointment. The 300U vial eliminates the need for multiple vial reconstitutions during lengthy sessions and reduces per-unit cost for established high-volume aesthetic clinics. The biological composition — human serum albumin, sodium chloride excipients — is identical to the 100U and 200U variants.

Protocol
Reconstitute with 3.0–7.5 mL of preservative-free 0.9% saline to achieve the desired working concentration. For combined full-face aesthetic treatment plus masseter and trapezius or neck bands in a single session, total doses may reach 200–300 units; the 300U vial accommodates this without mid-session reconstitution. Apply standard anatomical dosing across all target muscle groups using a 30–32G needle at intramuscular depth. Discard any unused reconstituted product at the end of the session; do not store for reuse beyond 24 hours post-reconstitution.
