Description
Belissima CE (identical to Olidia CE) is a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) collagen biostimulator containing 365 mg PLLA per vial, approved by both the FDA and Korea's MFDS. PLLA microparticles act as a scaffold that provokes a controlled fibroblastic response, inducing new collagen synthesis (mainly Type I) over 2–3 months to restore facial volume and improve skin elasticity. Indicated for deep dermal or subdermal injection to correct facial fat compartment atrophy, temple hollowing, and skin laxity.

Protocol
Reconstitute the 365 mg PLLA vial with 5–8 mL sterile water for injection; allow 2 hours or overnight at 2–8°C for full hydration, then add 1–2 mL 1–2% lidocaine before injection. Administer subdermally or supraperiosteally using a 25G cannula or 23–25G needle; inject in a retrograde fan or depot technique. Typical per-session dose: 1 vial per facial area. Repeat at 4–8 week intervals for 2–3 sessions; results build over 3–6 months.
