Description
Mennus PLLA 360 MG is a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) collagen biostimulator containing 360 mg PLLA combined with carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) as a carrier and suspension stabiliser. PLLA microparticles stimulate fibroblasts to produce Type I and III collagen via a controlled inflammatory response, while CMC improves homogeneous particle distribution during injection and tissue integration. Indicated for facial volume loss, deep folds, and global skin biostimulation.

Protocol
Reconstitute 360 mg vial with 7–9 mL sterile water for injection and allow to hydrate for 2–4 hours or overnight; add 1–2 mL 1% lidocaine prior to injection. Schedule 2–3 treatment sessions at 4–6 week intervals; final collagen remodelling effect visible at 3–6 months. Duration approximately 18–24 months.
