Description
Celosome Implant is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler at 24 mg/mL with 0.3% lidocaine, formulated with the highest gel hardness in the Celosome range for deep implant-level structural augmentation. It is designed for supraperiosteal bolus placement in chin projection, malar augmentation, and non-surgical rhinoplasty, where maximum resistance to deformation and prolonged volumetric support are required.
Indication
Intended for deep placement where firmer volume restoration is desired. Suitable for treatment plans involving structural contouring of deeper facial regions.
Packaging
Supplied as one 1.1 mL pre-filled syringe per unit, ready for single-patient use.
Protocol
Administer via bolus technique supraperiosteally or in the deep subcutaneous plane using a 23–25G needle or blunt cannula; aspirate before each depot. Deliver 0.3–0.5 mL per bolus; total session volume 0.5–1.1 mL. Mold and sculpt immediately post-injection. Longevity 12–18 months; reassess at 4 weeks.
