Description
The Chaeum Premium #2 is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler at 24 mg/mL with 0.3% lidocaine, formulated with a medium cross-linking rate for integration within the superficial to mid-dermis. Its balanced gel rheology suits fine line correction and lip contour refinement where moderate tissue support and natural pliability are required. The 27G needle configuration aligns with superficial-to-mid-dermal placement technique.
Indication
Designed for superficial to mid-dermal placement and fine line correction. Suitable for treatment areas requiring refined, even integration.
Packaging
Supplied as two 1.1 mL pre-filled syringes with four 27G needles, ready for single-patient use.
Protocol
Inject into the superficial to mid-dermis using the supplied 27G needles via linear threading or serial puncture technique at 0.05–0.1 mL per linear centimetre. Suitable for perioral lines, tear trough fine lines, and lip border definition. Recommend 1–2 sessions initially, with touch-up at 6–9 months.
