Description
Lexyal Reju is a regenerative skin booster combining polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) and polynucleotide (PN) fractions in a 3 mL injectable formulation, targeting dermal repair and rejuvenation at the cellular level. PDRN activates A2A purinergic receptors to stimulate fibroblast proliferation, collagen synthesis, and angiogenesis, while the PN fraction supports extracellular matrix regeneration and skin hydration. Protocol
Administer intradermally using a 32G needle at 1–2 mm depth via papule injection technique (0.5 cm papule diameter per point), placing points across the target area in a grid pattern. Typical session dose: 3 mL per treatment zone. Recommended course: 4 sessions spaced 2–3 weeks apart; visible improvement develops over 2–4 weeks per session. Maintenance injections every 2–3 months thereafter.
