Description
Sosum S (CE) is a stabilized cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler at 24 mg/mL without lidocaine, formulated with a soft gel texture for superficial intradermal placement. The lidocaine-free formulation is suited for practitioners who prefer topical anaesthesia protocols or who require a lidocaine-free option for allergy management. It targets fine surface lines and shallow skin depressions.

Suitable for superficial corrections such as fine lines. Recommended for practitioners requiring a lidocaine-free option for surface-level placement.
Packaging
Supplied as 2 pre-filled syringes of 1.1 mL containing hyaluronic acid at 24 mg/mL, without lidocaine.
Protocol
Apply topical anaesthetic to the treatment area 20–30 minutes prior to injection. Administer superficially using a 30–32G needle via serial puncture or linear threading; inject 0.02–0.05 mL per point. Each pack contains 2 x 1.1 mL syringes, suitable for bilateral treatment in a single session. Massage gently post-injection. Longevity 6–9 months.
