Description
Neuramis Deep is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler at 20 mg/mL without lidocaine, engineered for deeper dermal corrections and pronounced fold treatment. The lidocaine-free formulation is suitable for patients with lidocaine sensitivity or when regional anaesthesia is preferred. Higher gel cohesivity relative to Neuramis Light provides firmer lifting capacity for deep nasolabial and marionette folds.
Indication
Suitable for deep folds and mid-to-deep volume support. Recommended for practitioners requiring a lidocaine-free option for deeper placement.
Packaging
Supplied as a single 1.0 mL syringe containing HA at 20 mg/mL, without lidocaine.
Protocol
Apply topical anaesthetic or regional block prior to procedure. Inject into the deep dermis using a 27G needle via retrograde threading or bolus; aspirate before each bolus. Deliver 0.1–0.3 mL per depot; total session volume 0.5–1.0 mL. Massage post-injection. Longevity 9–12 months.
