Description
Ami Eyes PN 1% is a periorbital bio-revitalizer containing 20 mg polynucleotide in 2 mL, providing a higher volume per session for thorough treatment of the under-eye, tear-trough, and crow's-feet areas. The PN component activates A2A adenosine receptors to stimulate fibroblast proliferation, enhances collagen IV in the basement membrane, and improves microvascular tone to address dark circles and periorbital skin thinning. It is indicated for moderate periorbital aging and tear-trough volume loss.
Indication
Designed for professional mesotherapy of the periorbital region and intended for hydration support, gentle refinement, and adjunctive use within structured in-clinic eye-area conditioning.
Packaging
Supplied as 1 prefilled syringe containing 20 mg of polynucleotide per 2 mL for single-session in-clinic use.
Protocol
Use the full 2 mL syringe per bilateral periorbital session with a 32G or 33G needle, 0.01–0.02 mL per injection point at 0.5–2 mm depth. Apply micro-papule or serial threading technique below the orbital rim; avoid periosteal injection. Perform 3 sessions at 2–3 week intervals; maintenance every 3 months.
