Description
Ultra CA Bio Stimulator is a calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) collagen-stimulating injectable supplied as two 0.8 mL prefilled syringes, analogous to Radiesse in composition with CaHA microspheres (25–45 μm) suspended in a carboxymethylcellulose gel carrier. The CaHA microspheres provide immediate volumetric correction at the injection site, and as they gradually resorb over 12–18 months, the calcium ions stimulate fibroblasts to produce new collagen type I and III, elastin, and proteoglycans for lasting structural improvement. It is indicated for mid-face volume restoration, jawline contouring, hand rejuvenation, and skin biostimulation in patients with moderate to severe volume loss.

Protocol
Do not reconstitute; use directly from the 0.8 mL prefilled syringe with a 25G or 27G needle. Inject into the deep dermis or subdermal plane using a retrograde linear threading or depot injection technique; for facial biostimulation, dilute with lidocaine (4:1 ratio) for a more spreadable consistency. Inject 0.5–1.6 mL per zone; perform 1–2 sessions, assess at 4–6 weeks, then maintenance at 12–18 months.
