P198 ExoHealer Filcore HB Plus is a lyophilized exosome scalp biostimulator derived from umbilical cord blood stem cell conditioned media, delivering approximately 245.7 billion exosome particles per treatment at 990,000 ppm concentration. The exosome payload carries 5 targeted scalp growth factors — EGF, VEGF, IGF, KGF, and Noggin — alongside 22 amino acids, 13 vitamins, 7 peptides, antioxidant enzymes (SOD), and hyaluronic acid in the activating solution, synergistically promoting follicular revascularization, keratinocyte proliferation, and anagen-phase prolongation. Indicated for androgenetic alopecia, diffuse thinning, and scalp recovery following inflammatory or chemotherapy-related hair loss.

Packaging

Protocol
Remove the rubber cap, pour the 5 mL Filcore Activating Solution onto the 2 mL lyophilized powder, and shake 3–4 times to dissolve fully; use immediately as the formula contains no preservatives. Apply to the scalp via MTS microneedling (0.5–1.0 mm depth) or intradermal injection with a 30–32G needle at 2–3 mm depth. Recommended protocol: 1 session per week for 4–6 sessions, then monthly maintenance. Five pairs per box = one complete course.
