Description
HAIRNA Exosome Hair Fill is a syringe-format scalp solution combining adipose-derived stem cell (ASC) exosomes and RSC-exosomes with Copper Tripeptide-1, Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1, FGF2 (fibroblast growth factor 2), SCF (stem cell factor), Noggin, Biotin, and Panthenol. The exosomal payload delivers mRNA, lipids, and signaling proteins that promote anagen-phase induction, reduce scalp inflammation, and reinforce the follicular barrier through cell-to-cell communication. Indicated for hair thinning, alopecia areata, and inflammatory scalp conditions.

Packaging
Supplied as 1 x 2.5 mL pre-filled syringe per pack, as stated in the product specification.
Protocol
Administer via mesoscooter (dividing the scalp into sections and applying the product in vertical, horizontal, and diagonal strokes 5–10 times per zone) or by intradermal injection with a 30–32G needle inserted at approximately 30 degrees into the superficial-to-mid dermis at 2–3 mm depth. Recommended cycle: 1 session per week for 4–6 weeks, followed by monthly maintenance sessions.
