EXOBOOM Hair Filler is a two-component exosome scalp system comprising 50 mg of lyophilized adipose-derived stem cell conditioned media exosome powder and a 6 mL activating solution formulated with scalp-targeted growth factors, peptides, amino acids, and hyaluronic acid. Upon reconstitution, exosomal vesicles deliver signaling biomolecules including FGF, EGF, and VEGF to dormant follicular stem cells, promoting anagen re-entry, scalp microcirculation, and anti-inflammatory cellular signaling. Indicated for diffuse hair thinning, androgenetic alopecia, and scalp recovery.

Supplied as 1 vial of lyophilized powder 50 mg with 1 activating liquid 6 mL per kit.
Protocol
Reconstitute the 50 mg lyophilized powder with the 6 mL activating liquid; mix gently and use immediately. Apply to the scalp via intradermal injection with a 30–32G needle at 2–3 mm depth, or via microneedling device (0.5–1.0 mm depth) with topical distribution. Protocol: 1 session per week for 4–6 sessions, followed by monthly maintenance. Avoid washing the scalp for 4 hours post-treatment.
