Description
Scarderm Gel (10 g) is a topical scar-care gel combining Allantoin (promotes keratinocyte proliferation and scar tissue softening), Heparin (anticoagulant and anti-fibrotic that reduces collagen cross-linking in hypertrophic tissue), and Onion Extract (Allium Cepa, which inhibits fibroblast proliferation and downregulates TGF-beta signaling to flatten raised scars). The triple-active synergy addresses excess collagen deposition, scar vascularization, and tissue stiffness, making it effective across hypertrophic scars, keloids, post-surgical scars, burn scars, and injury-related scarring. This smaller 10 g tube is suited for localized facial or limited-area scar management.

Protocol
Apply a small amount of gel to the fully epithelialized scar area and massage gently with fingertips in a circular motion for 3–5 minutes, 2–3 times daily. Combine with silicone sheeting or compression therapy as clinically indicated for hypertrophic scars. Avoid application on open or infected wounds.
