Description
Noscarna is a well-regarded Korean scar gel combining Allium Cepa (onion bulb) extract — which suppresses TGF-beta-mediated fibroblast activation and reduces abnormal collagen deposition — with Heparin sodium (anticoagulant and anti-fibrotic agent that deconsticts cross-linked scar matrix) and Allantoin (keratolytic and cell-renewal promoter). The triple-active synergy addresses the primary pathological drivers of hypertrophic and keloid scarring: excess fibroblast activity, scar vascularity, and rigid collagen architecture. Indicated for both newly formed and longstanding surgical, traumatic, burn, and acne scars.

Protocol
Apply a thin layer to the fully healed scar surface and massage gently with fingertips 2–3 times daily. For optimal results, begin treatment as soon as wounds are fully closed (epithelialized) and use consistently for 3–6 months; established scars may require longer treatment durations of 6–12 months. Combine with silicone sheeting or pressure therapy for hypertrophic scars. Avoid application on open, infected, or actively bleeding wounds.
