Description
Scarderm Gel (20 g) contains the same triple-active formulation of Allantoin, Heparin, and Onion Extract (Allium Cepa) as the 10 g variant, providing the same mechanism of reducing excess collagen formation, scar tissue vascularization, and fibroblast-mediated tissue stiffening via TGF-beta inhibition. This larger 20 g tube format is designed for extended treatment courses, wider scar surfaces (such as post-surgical abdominal or thoracic scars), or multi-lesion management. Indicated for hypertrophic scars, keloids, post-surgical, burn, and trauma-related scars requiring prolonged or wide-area treatment.

Packaging

Protocol
Apply and massage into the fully epithelialized scar area 2–3 times daily for 3–6 months; for larger body areas, apply a thin even layer and massage until absorbed. Begin after complete wound closure; do not apply to open, weeping, or infected wounds. Consistent daily use over the treatment course is essential; reassess scar pliability and height at 6–8 weeks. Silicone sheeting may be used adjunctively.
