Description
NANO NEEDLE cartridges are shallow-penetration nano-tip arrays available in 5 × 5 (100 points) and 8 × 8 (188 points) configurations for the AUTO MTS PEN platform. Operating at sub-dermal depths, the nano-tip format creates transient nano-scale channels in the stratum corneum without reaching the viable epidermis, enabling substantially enhanced penetration of cosmeceutical serums, peptides, and growth factors without erythema or downtime. The 5 × 5 array is suited for periorbital and lip border work, while the 8 × 8 array covers broader facial zones in fewer passes.

Protocol
Cleanse and prepare the skin; no anaesthetic is required for nano-depth protocols. Attach the nano cartridge to the AUTO MTS PEN and select the shallowest depth setting (0.1–0.25 mm). Apply a thin layer of the target active (peptide solution, HA serum, or growth-factor ampoule) to the skin surface. Move the pen in slow, overlapping passes, completing 4–6 passes per zone in alternating directions. Apply additional serum after the final pass and follow with a cooling mask. Discard the cartridge after each session; recommended 4–6 sessions at 1–2 week intervals.
