Description
LIPOLAB V LINE MEDIHUE is a specialised PPC-based lipolytic cocktail containing phosphatidylcholine (50 mg/mL), sodium deoxycholate (25 mg/mL), and 2% lidocaine, formulated specifically for V-line facial contouring procedures. The lidocaine component provides immediate local anaesthesia at the injection site, substantially reducing procedure discomfort without the need for separate topical or injectable anaesthesia. The V-line formulation is pH-adjusted for facial tissue compatibility, reducing the post-injection inflammatory response compared with non-optimised PPC/SDC solutions.

Protocol
Using a 27–30G, 13 mm needle, inject 0.2 mL per depot subcutaneously at 6–10 mm depth along the jawline, jowl, and submental zone, spacing deposits 1 cm apart. Administer 2–5 mL per session for standard jawline contouring; up to 8 mL if submental fat is also included in the same session. Perform 3–5 sessions at 3–4 week intervals. Advise the patient that swelling typically peaks at 24–48 hours and resolves within 3–5 days; results become apparent progressively from week 4 post-final session.
