Description
Yellow Bottle is a multi-active lipolytic mesotherapy cocktail formulated for combined face and body fat-contouring applications. The proprietary blend contains phosphatidylcholine, sodium deoxycholate, L-carnitine, and caffeine — a xanthine alkaloid that inhibits phosphodiesterase, elevating intracellular cyclic AMP and stimulating hormone-sensitive lipase activity within adipocytes for enhanced lipolysis. Caffeine also promotes local microcirculation and lymphatic drainage, reducing post-procedure oedema and accelerating clearance of the released lipid metabolites.

Each box contains 5 vials of 10 mL, supplied for face and body lipolysis professional use.
Protocol
Using a 27–30G needle, inject 0.2 mL per depot subcutaneously at 6–13 mm depth, with deposits 1 cm apart. For facial zones (jawline, double chin, buccal), administer 2–4 mL per session; for body zones (abdomen, flanks, thighs), administer 5–10 mL per zone, up to 50 mL total per session. Perform 4–6 sessions at 3–4 week intervals. Advise patients to increase water intake and perform light aerobic exercise 24–48 hours post-procedure to support lymphatic mobilisation of fatty acids.
