KABELLINE
8 mL x 5 vials
Description
Kabelline is a phosphatidylcholine and deoxycholic acid lipolytic solution formulated for subcutaneous fat-dissolving treatments on body contouring areas. Deoxycholic acid acts as a bile salt surfactant that penetrates adipocyte membranes and disrupts cell wall integrity, triggering cell lysis and subsequent inflammatory phagocytic removal of fat cell debris by macrophages. Each 8 mL vial supports treatment of one to two adjacent body zones per session, and the 5-vial pack provides sufficient product for a complete treatment course.
Indication
Designed for professional use in localized fat-area treatments, intended for application by trained practitioners within established mesotherapy and body-contouring protocols.
Packaging
Each box contains 5 vials of 8 mL, supplied as a PPC lipolytic fat-burning cocktail.
Protocol
Using a 27–30G needle, inject 0.2 mL per depot subcutaneously at 6–13 mm depth, spacing deposits 1 cm apart across the treatment grid. Administer 4–10 mL per zone per session, with a total per-session volume not exceeding 40–50 mL. Perform up to 6 sessions at minimum 1-week intervals, with an optimal schedule of 3–4 week intervals. Expect swelling, redness, and firmness in the treated area for 3–7 days post-injection; these are expected signs of the inflammatory lipolysis cascade. Assess final outcomes at 8 weeks after the last session.
