Description
Metox 200U is the higher-unit variant of the Maypharm Co. botulinum toxin type A product, providing 200 units of purified neurotoxin per vial for extended treatment sessions combining multiple facial muscle groups or for therapeutic indications requiring higher total dosing. The formulation composition — lyophilised neurotoxin with human serum albumin and sodium chloride — is identical to the 100U variant; the 200U vial simply offers increased content to minimise mid-session reconstitution. Clinical onset, efficacy, and duration of effect are equivalent to the 100U product on a unit-for-unit basis.

Protocol
Reconstitute with 5.0 mL of preservative-free 0.9% sodium chloride to achieve a concentration of 4 U per 0.1 mL, or adjust diluent volume to match preferred working dilution. For combined facial treatment including glabella, forehead, crow's feet, and lip area in a single session, total dosing typically requires 80–150 U; the 200U vial accommodates full-session use. For masseter reduction in combination with facial aesthetics, add 25–50 U per masseter to the session total. Use within 24 hours of reconstitution; store the lyophilised vial at 2–8 °C before use.
