Description
HiDr Inj. is a polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) sodium injection supplied as 3 mL × 10 vials, manufactured in South Korea for aesthetic skin regeneration. PDRN stimulates adenosine A2A receptors to promote fibroblast proliferation, collagen and elastin synthesis, and microvascular repair, making it effective for photoaged skin, atrophic scars, and post-laser recovery. It is also indicated for wound healing acceleration and anti-inflammatory tissue repair.

Protocol
Use directly as supplied (3 mL vials, no reconstitution). Administer intradermally using a 30–32G needle with a nappage or micro-injection technique at 1–2 mm depth, 0.05–0.1 mL per point. Protocol: 1 session per week for 4 weeks, then monthly maintenance. Suitable for face, neck, hands, and scalp. May be combined with microneedling channels for enhanced delivery.
