Description
Liporase Inj. is a hyaluronidase enzyme preparation supplied as 10 vials per box, manufactured in South Korea (GMS-registered). Hyaluronidase catalyses the hydrolysis of hyaluronic acid glycosaminoglycan chains by cleaving β-1,4-glycosidic bonds, rapidly degrading cross-linked HA dermal fillers. It is the standard emergency and elective antidote for HA filler overcorrection, migration, vascular occlusion, or Tyndall effect.

Protocol
Reconstitute each vial with 1 mL sterile normal saline to prepare 150–1500 IU/mL depending on indication. For elective filler dissolution, inject 150–300 IU per 1 mL of filler at the estimated filler deposit site using a 25–30G needle. For vascular occlusion emergency, inject 500 IU immediately into affected area without delay; repeat every 60 minutes until perfusion restores. Assess and massage after each injection.
