CINDELLA INJ.
5 mL x 10 vials, Thioctic acid 25mg
Description
Cindella Inj. contains thioctic acid (alpha-lipoic acid) 25 mg per 5 mL vial, supplied as 10 vials per box. Alpha-lipoic acid is a potent antioxidant that inhibits melanin synthesis by downregulating tyrosinase activity, regenerates endogenous glutathione and vitamins C and E, and reduces glycation end-products associated with skin ageing. It is administered parenterally for skin brightening, melasma treatment, antioxidant support, and adjunct management of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
Indication
Listed in the Injections product category for the Lumière B2B wholesale catalogue. Intended for distribution to licensed professionals operating in jurisdictions where this product class is approved.
Packaging
Packaging: 5 mL x 10 vials Thioctic acid 25mg.
Protocol
Administer IV via slow infusion; dilute one ampoule (25 mg/5 mL) in 100–250 mL normal saline and infuse over 30–45 minutes using a 21–23G cannula. For whitening protocols, combine with high-dose vitamin C and glutathione as a combined infusion. Typical course: once or twice weekly for 8 sessions. Avoid rapid injection due to risk of paraesthesia. Protect from light during infusion.
