Description
MASI Injection 10% is a magnesium sulfate (MgSO₄) parenteral solution supplied as 5 mL ampoules, providing 500 mg of magnesium sulfate per ampoule. Magnesium acts as a physiological calcium antagonist and NMDA receptor modulator, used clinically for muscle relaxation, eclampsia prophylaxis, and adjunct therapy in neuropathic conditions. In aesthetic medicine it is used as a co-ingredient in lipolytic and relaxation cocktails.

Protocol
Administer IV or IM per clinical indication; for IV infusion, dilute to 1–2% solution in normal saline or dextrose and infuse at controlled rate with cardiac monitoring. For aesthetic cocktail use, draw required volume (typically 1–2 mL) and incorporate into a multi-ingredient preparation; inject intramuscularly or subcutaneously using a 25–27G needle. Monitor serum magnesium levels with repeated dosing.
