Protocol
Reconstitute vial with 1 mL sterile water or normal saline (1500 IU/mL); dilute further for specific concentrations as needed. For vascular occlusion: inject 500–1500 IU promptly into the occlusion zone and apply warm compress; repeat every 1 hour if needed. Review and re-assess at 24 hours.
