Protocol
Reconstitute the 200 mg PDLLA vial with 5 mL sterile water for injection; allow 1–2 hours of hydration with periodic gentle shaking, then add 1 mL 1% lidocaine. Administer subdermally using a 25–26G cannula via retrograde threading or fan technique; inject 0.05–0.1 mL per depot. Schedule 2–3 sessions at 4–6 week intervals. Massage the area for 5 minutes post-treatment. Collagen response develops over 6–12 weeks; results last approximately 12–18 months.
