Description
B-COLAMIN VIT B12 delivers cyanocobalamin or hydroxocobalamin as a 2 mL injectable solution per ampoule, supplied in a 50-ampoule box for high-volume clinical B12 supplementation. Cobalamin is essential for the conversion of homocysteine to methionine and methylmalonyl-CoA to succinyl-CoA, supporting neurological integrity, erythrocyte maturation, and energy metabolism. Indicated for vitamin B12 deficiency, pernicious anaemia, fatigue states, and adjunctive IV wellness and neurological support protocols.

Protocol
Administer 1 ampoule (2 mL) intramuscularly into the gluteus or deltoid using a 23G 25 mm needle, 2–3 times weekly during loading phase, then once weekly or monthly for maintenance. For IV aesthetic protocols, add to an IV drip bag or administer slow IV push over 1–2 minutes. Monitor serum B12 and CBC at baseline and 3 months to assess response.
