Description
WELLSCAINE CREAM is a 9.6% lidocaine-only topical anaesthetic supplied in a 500 g professional tub, formulated for pre-procedural surface numbing across a broad range of aesthetic and minor surgical applications. The 9.6% lidocaine base provides reliable dermal anaesthesia via sodium channel blockade in cutaneous nociceptors, with an onset of 15–20 minutes under occlusion and a depth of anaesthesia suitable for superficial-to-mid-dermal procedures. Indicated for injections, laser treatments, fractional resurfacing, mesotherapy, and semi-permanent cosmetics.

Protocol
Apply a 2–3 mm layer to the clean treatment area, cover with plastic occlusive wrap, and leave for 20–30 minutes; remove excess cream with a gauze pad before the procedure. Maximum dose: do not exceed 187 mg lidocaine per 24 hours on intact skin. Avoid open wounds and mucosal surfaces. Anaesthetic effect persists approximately 60–90 minutes after application; proceed within this window.
