Description
NEO PRO CREAM is a eutectic lidocaine/prilocaine combination anaesthetic cream containing lidocaine 25 mg/g and prilocaine 25 mg/g in a 450 g professional bulk jar. The eutectic binary mixture penetrates intact skin more effectively than either anaesthetic alone, producing anaesthesia to 5 mm depth under occlusion by co-blocking voltage-gated sodium channels in A-delta and C sensory fibres; prilocaine carries a lower cardiovascular toxicity profile than lidocaine alone at equivalent doses. Indicated for needle injections, laser, thread lifting, and body procedures requiring deep dermal anaesthesia.
Indication
Designed for topical application by trained professionals prior to aesthetic procedures requiring controlled superficial skin numbing of the treatment area.
Packaging
Each unit contains one 450g jar of NEO PRO Cream with Lidocaine 25mg + Prilocaine 25mg.
Protocol
Apply a 2–3 mm thick layer of cream under occlusive wrap; allow 45–60 minutes for deep procedure anaesthesia (5–8 mm depth) or 30 minutes for superficial applications. Remove cream and cleanse the area before starting. Do not exceed 184 mg lidocaine per session on intact skin. Avoid use on mucosae, perianal skin, or open wounds without specialist indication. Prilocaine may cause methaemoglobinaemia at very high doses; observe standard dose limits.
