Description
WELLSCAINE PLUS CREAM is a eutectic mixture of lidocaine 25 mg/g and prilocaine 25 mg/g (EMLA-type formulation) in a 500 g professional bulk tub for pre-procedural topical anaesthesia. The eutectic combination lowers the melting point of both anaesthetics, enabling effective dermal penetration as a cream, with lidocaine and prilocaine blocking voltage-gated sodium channels in peripheral nerve fibres to produce dose-dependent cutaneous anaesthesia up to 5 mm depth under occlusion. Indicated for needle injections, laser treatments, mesotherapy, microneedling, thread lifting, and permanent cosmetics.
Indication
Designed for topical numbing of intact skin prior to minor cosmetic and dermatological procedures performed by qualified practitioners.

Lidocaine 25 mg + Prilocaine 25 mg topical cream, supplied as a 500 g professional tub.
Protocol
Cleanse the treatment area; apply a 2–3 mm thick layer and cover with occlusive dressing for 30–45 minutes (45–60 minutes for deeper procedures such as thread lifting at 5–8 mm). Remove cream and wipe area before proceeding. Maximum dose per session: 184 mg lidocaine (approximately 7.4 g cream) over intact skin. Do not apply to mucosae or broken skin without specialist guidance. Effect duration: approximately 60–90 minutes after removal.
