Description
SM CREAM (500 g jar) delivers lidocaine at 10.56% concentration in a professional bulk topical anaesthetic formulation for high-volume clinical use. The high-concentration lidocaine base rapidly penetrates the stratum corneum under occlusion to block sodium ion channels in superficial sensory nerve terminals, providing effective pre-procedural anaesthesia for laser treatments, microneedling, mesotherapy, semi-permanent make-up, and injection procedures. The 500 g format is economical for aesthetic clinics treating multiple patients per day.
Indication
Designed for topical application by trained professionals prior to MTS, semi-permanent makeup, laser, and cosmetology procedures requiring superficial numbing.
Packaging
Each unit contains one 500g jar of SM anesthetic surface cream.
Protocol
Apply liberally (2–3 mm thick layer) to the clean treatment area, cover with occlusive film, and leave in place for 20–30 minutes prior to the procedure. Remove all excess cream with gauze before starting. Maximum dose: 1.74 g cream (187 mg lidocaine) per 24 hours on intact skin. Keep away from eyes and mucosal surfaces. Onset approximately 15–20 minutes; effect persists 60–90 minutes after removal.
