Description
LIDCAIN CREAM is a high-concentration topical anaesthetic formulated at 10.56% lidocaine, supplied in a 500 g professional bulk tub for large-volume or multi-patient clinical use. Lidocaine reversibly blocks voltage-gated sodium channels in peripheral sensory nerve endings, temporarily interrupting pain signal transmission from the application site; the 10.56% concentration represents the highest commercially available topical lidocaine level, enabling effective surface analgesia for minimally invasive cosmetic procedures without systemic absorption at recommended doses. Indicated for laser resurfacing, microneedling, semi-permanent make-up, filler injection, and hair removal.
Indication
Designed for topical numbing of intact skin prior to minor cosmetic and dermatological procedures performed by qualified practitioners.

Protocol
Apply a thick uniform layer (approximately 1–2 g/10 cm²) to the clean, dry treatment area and cover with occlusive film for 15–25 minutes; remove immediately before the procedure and wipe the area clean. Maximum dose: 1.74 g cream (187 mg lidocaine) per 24 hours on intact skin. Do not apply to mucous membranes or damaged skin. Anaesthetic effect lasts 60–90 minutes post-removal.
