Description
SM CREAM (30 g tube) offers the same 10.56% lidocaine topical anaesthetic formulation as the bulk jar format in a compact, single-patient or portable 30 g tube. Lidocaine achieves rapid sodium channel blockade in cutaneous peripheral nociceptors under occlusion, effectively numbing the treatment zone within 15–20 minutes for procedures including filler injection, laser hair removal, tattooing, and microneedling. The tube format reduces cross-contamination risk compared to multi-patient bulk containers.
Indication
Designed for topical application by trained professionals prior to MTS, semi-permanent makeup, laser, and cosmetology procedures requiring superficial numbing.
Packaging
Each unit contains one 30g tube of SM anesthetic surface cream.
Protocol
Squeeze a sufficient amount (2–3 mm layer) onto the treatment area, cover with occlusive wrap, and leave for 20–30 minutes; wipe clean before the procedure. Limit application to 1.74 g of cream (187 mg lidocaine) per 24 hours on intact skin. Do not apply to open wounds or mucous membranes. Anaesthetic effect lasts approximately 60–90 minutes; proceed promptly after removing the cream.
