Description
MUCHCAINE (30 g tube) is the individual-use or clinic-sample format of the 10.56% lidocaine topical anaesthetic cream, providing single-application or limited-session supply in a compact tube. Lidocaine at 10.56% concentration delivers rapid sodium channel blockade in superficial dermal sensory neurones under occlusion, achieving anaesthesia adequate for minimally invasive procedures including injections, laser, microneedling, and tattooing. The tube format supports single-patient dispensing and eliminates shared-container contamination risks.
Indication
Designed for topical application by trained professionals prior to aesthetic and minor dermatological procedures requiring controlled superficial skin numbing.
Packaging
Each unit contains one 30g tube of Muchcaine anesthetic surface cream.
Protocol
Squeeze a generous layer (2–3 mm) onto the clean, dry treatment area and cover with occlusive film for 20–30 minutes; remove and wipe the area clean before the procedure. Maximum dose: 1.74 g cream (187 mg lidocaine) per 24 hours on intact skin. Do not apply to mucous membranes or broken skin. Onset within 15–20 minutes under occlusion; anaesthetic effect persists approximately 60–90 minutes after removal.
