Description
Juvederm (Allergan/AbbVie) is a Vycross- or BDDE-cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler range with lidocaine 0.3%, offered in four distinct formulations: Voluma (HA 20 mg/mL) for deep volumising of the cheeks and mid-face; Volift (HA 17.5 mg/mL) for moderate folds and lip augmentation; Volite (HA 25 mg/mL) for intradermal skin quality improvement; and Volbella (HA 25 mg/mL) for lips and fine perioral lines. Each variant is engineered at a specific G-prime to match the target tissue plane and indication.

Packaging
Hyaluronic acid filler line with lidocaine 0.3% across Voluma, Volift, Volite, and Volbella variants.
Protocol
Voluma: inject supraperiosteally using a 25G cannula or 27G needle for cheek volumising (0.5–2 mL per side). Volift: mid-dermal injection via 27G needle for nasolabial folds (0.5–1.5 mL per fold) or submucosal for lip body augmentation. Volbella: superficial dermal threading with 30G needle for vermilion border and fine perioral lines (0.3–0.8 mL total). Volite: intradermal micro-papule injection at 2–3 mm depth with 30G needle, 3-session course 4 weeks apart. Aspirate before each bolus across all variants.
