Description
The Chaeum Premium #1 (MESO) is a monophasic cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler at 24 mg/mL containing 0.3% lidocaine, engineered with a low cross-linking density for soft, fluid integration in the superficial dermis. Its fine-particle gel is optimised for mesotherapy-style distribution, supporting skin hydration and luminosity without structural lift. The kit is paired with 30G needles, reflecting its indication for intradermal microinjection technique.

Suitable for superficial mesotherapy-style placement and skin quality enhancement. Designed for treatments where light, even distribution is preferred.
Packaging
Supplied as two 1.1 mL pre-filled syringes with four 30G needles, ready for single-patient use.
Protocol
Inject intradermally using 30G needles at 1–2 mm depth via papule technique, depositing 0.01–0.02 mL per point across the treatment area. A grid or linear retrograde pattern suits full-face or neck revitalisation. Standard course: 3–4 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart, with maintenance every 4–6 months.
