Description
The Chaeum Premium #4 is a highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid filler at 24 mg/mL with 0.3% lidocaine, engineered with maximum cross-link density for deep structural placement in the subcutaneous layer. Its firm, cohesive gel supports facial contour correction, cheek projection, chin definition, and nose bridge augmentation where high G-prime lifting capacity is required. The 23G needle configuration accommodates its supraperiosteal or deep subcutaneous injection depth.
Indication
Designed for deep dermal or subcutaneous placement and structural contouring. Suitable for treatment plans where firmer support is desired.
Packaging
Supplied as two 1.1 mL pre-filled syringes with four 23G needles, ready for single-patient use.
Protocol
Inject at the deep subcutaneous or supraperiosteal plane using 23G needles via bolus or depot technique, depositing 0.3–0.5 mL per anatomical unit. Aspirate before each bolus. Indicated for cheekbone projection, chin augmentation, and jawline definition. Results typically last 12–18 months; aspirate mandatory in high-risk zones.
