Description

Placentex Integro is an Italian-manufactured PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide sodium) injection, 3 mL × 5 ampoules, produced by Mastelli S.r.l. and one of the original European PDRN products. PDRN is extracted and purified from Oncorhynchus mykiss (salmon) sperm, and works through A2A adenosine receptor activation to stimulate cell growth, collagen remodelling, and angiogenesis. It is indicated for skin biostimulation, rosacea, melasma, periorbital rejuvenation, alopecia, and post-treatment recovery.

Protocol

Use the 3 mL ampoule directly without dilution. Inject intradermally using a 30–32G needle with a retrograde linear threading or nappage technique at 1–2 mm depth; administer 0.1 mL per injection point. Recommended protocol: 1 session per week for 3–4 weeks, then monthly. Combine with vitamin C supplementation for synergistic brightening effect. Refrigerate at 2–8°C; use immediately once opened.
