Description

Hishiphagen-C Inj. is a Japanese-origin compound injectable containing monoammonium glycyrrhizinate 53 mg (40 mg as glycyrrhizic acid), glycine 400 mg, and L-cysteine 20 mg per 20 mL ampoule. Glycyrrhizinate (derived from liquorice root) exerts hepatoprotective and anti-inflammatory effects through glucocorticoid metabolism modulation and NF-κB pathway suppression; L-cysteine and glycine provide antioxidant support and serve as glutathione precursors for hepatic detoxification. Indicated for chronic hepatitis, drug-induced hepatotoxicity, allergic dermatoses, eczema, urticaria, and general fatigue recovery.

Indication

Designed as adjuvant support within clinician-supervised protocols intended to support skin wellness and hepatic balance in professional care settings.

Packaging

Detox-focused injectable solution, supplied as 20 mL × 50 ampoules per box.

Protocol

Administer 20–40 mL IV (slow IV push or diluted in 100–250 mL saline) once daily; for chronic hepatic disease, dose may be increased to 40–60 mL IV daily under physician supervision, not exceeding 100 mL/day. For general detox and skin protocols, administer 20 mL 2–3 times weekly using a 23–25G cannula. Monitor blood pressure (pseudoaldosteronism risk with prolonged use) and serum potassium.
