Description
LIDOCAINE HCl Inj 2% is a sterile injectable solution of lidocaine hydrochloride at 20 mg/mL in a 20 mL vial, formulated for local infiltration anaesthesia, nerve block, and intravenous regional anaesthesia (Bier block) in clinical and aesthetic settings. Lidocaine HCl reversibly inhibits voltage-gated sodium channels in peripheral nerve axons, blocking both sensory and motor conduction in a dose-dependent, reversible manner to produce local anaesthesia lasting 60–120 minutes without vasoconstrictors. Each box contains 10 sterile vials for professional procedural use.
Indication
Intended for use in epidural, infiltration, surface, and nerve block anesthesia and related professional clinical applications administered according to practitioner judgment.

Each box contains 10 sterile vials of 20 mL Lidocaine HCl 2% injection.
Protocol
For local infiltration: inject 0.5–5 mL per site using a 25–30G needle, delivering a maximum of 4.5 mg/kg (without adrenaline) per session; aspirate before each injection to avoid intravascular placement. For facial aesthetic procedures, use 0.5–1 mL per block point at 27–30G with slow infiltration. Onset: 2–5 minutes; duration: 60–90 minutes. Do not exceed maximum safe dose; have resuscitation equipment available for nerve block procedures.
